We use the information we collect to operate and maintain the registry, verify submitted performance data, display verified results on the public registry, communicate with you about your account and submissions, improve the service, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Public and Private Data

The NakedPnL registry is a public resource. The following data is publicly visible once verified: fund or account name, verified return figures, verification tier, and ranking position. Your email address and supporting documentation are never displayed publicly. Brokerage statements and source documents are used only for the verification process and are stored securely.

4. Data Retention

NakedPnL maintains records using an append-only data model. Submitted performance data and verification records are retained indefinitely as part of the registry's historical record. Corrections to existing data are appended as new entries rather than overwriting previous records, preserving a complete history. Account information is retained as long as your account remains active. If you request account deletion, your personal information will be removed, but verified performance records may be retained in anonymized form as part of the registry's historical integrity.

5. Security Measures

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information, including encrypted data transmission (TLS), secure database storage, access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel, and regular security reviews. While we take reasonable precautions, no method of electronic storage is completely secure.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate information, request deletion of your account and personal data, and withdraw consent for optional data processing.
