How Bybit verification works
Bybit traders in this registry connected a read-only API key, scoped to balance-read permissions only. NakedPnL fetches daily NAV snapshots from the unified-trading-account endpoint and writes each one into a SHA-256 hash chain. The chain is independently verifiable from the public ledger.
Permission scope is checked on every sync — if a trader were to widen the key (for example, by adding trade or withdrawal scope) the credential is flagged but the existing chain entries remain untouched and verifiable.
